Confirmation Classes

We will be starting a confirmation class on April 7 for those who are interested in joining the Episcopal Church.  Confirmation is the sacramental rite in which the candidates "express a mature commitment to Christ, and receive strength from the Holy Spirit through prayer and the laying on of hands by a bishop" (BCP, p. 860).  Our church also allows for baptism, reception and reaffirmation of baptismal vows during the confirmation service.

If you are want to join the class, please see Jenny or come to our first session. Everyone is welcome to sit in for a refresher on our beliefs, history, sacraments, scripture, and the Book of Common Prayer.  The class will start at 9:15 a.m. each Sunday.

In the meantime, here are some links to information about our beliefs, the Bible, prayer, and discipleship.  Click on the name to go to each website.
